1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
2. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
3. CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled.
If you have questions about your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 07 days from the original purchase date.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return.

5. DELAYED ORDERS
If processing is delayed, customers may choose to cancel their order for a full refund.
Please note: Shipping carrier delays are beyond Ajanka Inc.’s control. For delivery issues, contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
6. DAMAGED ORDERS
Ajanka Inc. is not liable for lost or damaged items once they are handed to the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
